Collaborate closely with machinists and engineers on part fit-up, repair strategies, and technical problem-solving to ensure high-quality repairs and dimensional accuracy.

Execute welds meeting rigorous inspection requirements, including dye penetrant testing and radiographic (X-ray) examination.

Interpret engineering drawings, repair specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and process standards critical to aerospace and energy applications.

• Troubleshot and repaired production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
• Performed preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to maintain equipment reliability and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Documented completed work, including repairs and PMs, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company standards.
