- As an operator on CTAG FE i was able to maintain quality as well as knowledge becoming a resource for other operators on the line.

- I was able to understand line flow and effectively process on the line.

-accepted other commitments as an operator such as Lot Initiator, Tape Transfer and isopropyl alcohol fill.

• Back up M&C

- Back up M&C gave me a deep knowledge on machinery on CTAG FE, CMDS, CTAG BE, ZIPPERS, TBE, TAMBE, etc.

- I was able to better understand time management and maintenance priorities on my team and others giving me a strong understanding of Gore line flow.

- I used escalation charts on our line which assisted in building my lattice with leadership on my line and others, my engineering team as well as the maintenance shop staff.

- I've been involved in CI projects, room moves, machine breakdown projects, EAM, and future machinery for the team.

• Process Trainer

- As trainer I was able to help the enterprise but training quality associates.

- I used my people skills to get to know associates and get them included with the team dynamic.

- I shared my knowledge of the line and taught techniques to help the team in our quality.

- assisted with CO's and red lines while working with training champion

- been flexible with trainees on learning abilities and adjusted myself as needed to provide them with the training they need.

- Led team in huddles, round tables, team bonding, and stretches.

- set up the line obtaining a deep knowledge of line flow and being adaptable to changes to staffing and scheduling.
