  • I manage and coordinate staff and operations across several key departments, including inside sales, warehouse, inventory, planning, manufacturing and repair of seals and couplings, assembly, and procurement. My objective is to ensure the timely production of quality products in the proper quantities and at the most economical cost.
  • To increase machining output by 50%, I successfully completed a productivity project that involved expanding the number of CNC machines from 19 to 26 through the acquisition of nine new CNC machines and increasing the number of CNC machinists by 25%.
