Under the leadership of founder and CEO Giorgio Tinacci - and owned by Casavo Management S.p.A. - the company rebuilt its website using Next.js and React Bricks to empower marketers to produce multilingual content quickly. A complete redesign of navigation improved product adoption, while an Elixir microservice backend ensured reliability and scalability.

Updated the frontend with Next.js/React, Payload CMS and geolocation technology. NFQ overcame challenges of frequent updates, integration with the existing stack, privacy‑compliant analytics and a dynamic store finder by leveraging Payload's modular architecture and building custom solutions.

Developed backend solutions for company's web platform, integrating OpenAI features to enhance customer communication and automate order handling.
