I have had a very satisfying and fulfilling career at Continental Tire working with the other supervisors and getting to know all the employees. I feel I am the type of leader that makes others work well together, as well as being able to come to me to help solve any and all problems they may be having. I am very respectful to the employees that I am over and they work well with and for me as a result. I am only looking to do something different as I am wanting to improve the hours and work conditions that I have worked in for the last 35 years.
