My highest position, which I held for four years, was Manager on Duty at the JCC of Dallas. The tasks for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Managing and being first in command for the entire 170,000 square foot facility
- Assigning clients to personal trainers
- Supervising and training all fitness floor and front desk personnel
- Scheduling staff and managing payroll through ADP
- Assisting membership department with sales, marketing, and tours of the facility
- Helping every department hit sales goals through client engagement and networking.
- Assisting the General Manager with the quarterly budget and group exercise audits.
- Running in-service training and updating the protocols for the emergency action plan.
