• Innovation Leadership: Spearheaded the North American Innovation initiative, integrating cross-industry insights and managing project activities to support new lab innovations.
• Sustainability Advocate: Founded and lead the Laboratory Life Science Sustainability group, comprising 28 members across 3 continents, fostering education and partnerships, notably with My Green Lab.
• Voice Assist Development: Directed University of Central Florida Senior Design teams to create a laboratory voice assist platform for autonomous instrument testing.
• Sustainability Workshops: Led workshops with R&D and QC labs to identify and implement sustainability improvements.

• Assessed technology maturity across various clients’ R&D organizations and provided market research on industry trends.

• Successfully implemented the Smart-QC digital lean scheduling tool across 8 client sites, impacting over 300 users.
• Designed tailored solutions to optimize lab operations while meeting individual testing needs.

• Analyzed a year’s worth of testing metrics for FDA walkthrough, improving lead times and restructuring lab training based on critical test prioritization.
• Applied Lean Six Sigma methodology for process optimization in quality testing, enhancing efficiency.
