  • Developed and implemented a debt projection analysis tool used to actively monitor and permanently avoid Anti-Deficiency Act (ADA) violations, which the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) previously incurred by exceeding the 30 billion dollar borrowing limit.
  • Enables the continuation of payments and loans to farmers thus prohibiting the cessation of nationwide farming production, processing, and distribution
  • Establish directives and prioritize work for two geographically dispersed multi-functional teams of contracted developers and approved changes to the National Payment System (NPS) which processes 300K to 1.6M payment daily totaling $20.6 billion in loans and subsidies yearly to 13+ million farmers and enabling nationwide farming and ranching production
