• Managed performance of cooling towers, circulating pumps, control valves, air handling units and steam stations
• Changed filter in air handler and package units
• Oversaw (3) building pools inclusive of cleaning strainers for centrifugal and skimmer pumps as well as water maintenance
• Performed daily, hourly building readings, weekly tenant readings and freeze protection readings
• Responsible for painting all condenser, chill water, condensate and steam lines in engine room and machinery rooms
