I graduated from high school in 2003. I went to community college at Santa Barbara City college (2003-2005). Unfortunately I did not finish due to financial issues.
I tried to go back to school, but had family issues with my grandparents who were really ill, I discovered this company called People Ready ( also known as Labor Ready) to help find work. Ic worked so many different jobs, all very beneficial as I love to learn. I had some health issues and had to move to Las Vegas to be near my father. In 2020, I got hired at the Dollar Tree. I spent most of my time there working on the register. I was assaulted twice by two customers, and I asked my boss to transfer to the night shift and stock shelves, I left in September in order to have hip surgery. I am fully recovered and now looking for a new job.
I've done a lot of day jobs through a company called People Ready, from Eugene, Oregon. Through that company, I did various tasks such as loading and unloading trucks. I I worked security during home games at Autzen Stadium.
Working at Dollar Tree was my first steady job. I worked there for three years. I spent about two and a half years working on the register. I helped the customers check out. When things were slow, I restocked the candy items along the register. I also blew up balloons when asked. The last six months of my time there, I switched to the night shift where I helped stocked shelves.
