Perform demolition and supervise small crews during interior demolition process for both selective demolition and demolition down to the studs on large residential structures and commercial structures.

Provide safety guidance and training prior to start of project.

Transport tools equipment to and from jobsite. Tools and equipment accountability.

Coordinate with Recruiter and Superintendent on staffing requirements to complete project in desired timelines.

Coordinate Debris removal through Subcontractors and Dumpster Companies.

During Construction Process, perform help with executing project and supervise other helpers / apprentices in training. Includes, but not limited to construction material delivery, cutting materials for installers, heavy lifting as required, etc.

Responsible for the training, performance reviews, mentoring, and training of ammunition personnel.

Responsible for the oversight of supported units with ammunition readiness in support of their training evolutions.
