• PLANNING- Personally meet with homeowners to evaluate their thoughts and desires for projects they would like accomplished. Discuss layouts, materials, colors, and time frames in which to be started and completed.
• ORGANIZING- Organize meetings with flooring companies, cabinets and counter top companies to get samples for future meeting to finalize choices. Create bid for review and final approval and start / finish dates. Order all materials to arrive prior to starting date.
• EXECUTION- Organize delivery of all materials, schedule all subcontractors for each of their rolls in the project, oversee and manage projects from start to completion to ensure customers are completely satisfied for final approval and payment. Ensure customers that any issues that may arise down the road that I will be available to address.
