Michael J Lammert LLC is a home remodeling, maintence, and flooring installation company. As owner of the company, I have been responsible for all aspects of this business including but not limited to:

-Performing tasks of measuring, estimating, scheduling, and installing.

-Installation of Wood flooring, Laminate, Ceramic Tile, as well as Carpentry, Drywall, Trim/Moulding, and Paint.

-Customer service, billing, and collections.

-Facilitating timely project completion through effective coordination with subcontractors and tradesmen.

-Proficient in the use of power tools, and have good knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

• Maintained high safety standards by complying with guidelines for dairy storage and handling procedures.
• Unloaded arriving product stock and moved to store display areas.
• Participated in regular team meetings to discuss best practices for stocking, merchandising, and overall department improvement.
• Collaborated with team members to ensure seamless restocking of dairy products during peak hours.
• Assisted customers with product inquiries, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
