Electronics, Metals, Plastics, Industry Changing Technology. However, I originally invented it for lessoning or the exclusion of the invasive syringe. It became massively commercialized via infringing issues with China tobacco as well as Cannabis/Hemp ~Billion dollar companies as well ~Distribution Chains all without a License agreement wo sue. With China, being #1 copycat kids WW, perhaps because they lack true innovation? Obvious, my tech still, ~hit our shores BIGTIME ! ~Joyetech actually were FORCED TO LEAVE THE USA because they were so worried about a MASSIVE USA Multi-Billion-Dollar-Lawsuit as they bet against me and my full claims GRANT yet they were 5yrs later. Since they used my tech while pending (Broke NDA's), they had to leave USA when my allowance was given, so yes they LOST the USA and now, I have AWSOME Precedent in court for future lawsuits! I actually believed their lies, (Probably since the VP and I were friends), about them filing the same also. I actually invented the Cubis and eGo AIO Vapor System, now they have Gen#2 in other countries not USA ! (lol). Inconceivable infringing and lost royalties ! Stolen IP, as stated without license agreements was stupid ! and just pure malicious activity. However, I'm currently still in continuation with my IP Portfolio ~in stages of pharmaceutical involved metering, precise dosage, via vapor. Using original concept for creating metrics to substances for a positive atmospheric healthcare alternative. Also, entering other countries so I'll see Joyetech again:) TO COLLECT:) KARMA:)
