Responsible for onboarding new drivers. As the first manager they met at the site. I had to train them in Defensive driving techniques. I had to train them in company policies. I also had to ensure that they were in DOT compliance. Once all this was done I had to place them with the appropriate trainer.

I was responsible for counting product for delivery. Filling out the paperwork for the delivery. Loading the the product onto my truck. And thenfinally delivering the product to stores on the my route.

I was a smith System trained Driver Trainer. I was responsible for tarining new drivers, in defensive driving. I also had to train them how to follow company policy, while they were making deliveries.
