Responsible for monitoring and controlling worldwide ground and space networks by using customized and standard network monitoring tools. Identified alarms and assisted in resolving any network issues in a timely manner. Documented all activities with the JIRA ticketing system. Aided and coordinated efforts with multiple support organizations, service providers, and outside personnel. Executed various daily activities for gateways, satellites, products, services, functions, and interfaces of the Globalstar networks. Drafted and maintained operations procedures, training materials, and other documents.

• Employed excellence communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills; performed Tier 1 technical troubleshooting and escalated to Tier 2 as needed.
• Actively collaborated with Gateway and Satellite Engineering, Information Technology, Customer Care, and other departments to ensure System Gateway Network is running successful.
• Utilized knowledge of workstation operations, computer operating systems, and network monitoring tools, as well as experience working in Technical Support, Customer Care, and other troubleshooting entities.
• Monitor and control worldwide ground and space networks using customized and standard network monitoring tools.
• Provide technical support and assistance to gateway personnel in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of Globalstar Gateway systems.
• This includes 1st generation antennas and duplex baseband equipment, first generation simplex equipment, and various 2nd generation systems and subsystems.
• Create and update gateway documentation including Solutions Database documents, technical bulletins, and recommended Operations and Maintenance procedures.
• Participate in development and delivery of next generation gateway technical training programs to Globalstar employees at all levels.
