    As a Veteran in the Army, I’ve had a successful career for nearly 27 years in one of the largest, busiest & complex mass transportation systems in the world (MTA NYCT) & have moved around in every capacity as a Conductor can including Revenue Train Service

    I’ve had Revenue jobs that included Put in’s that help make the trains up for revenue service in train yards & storage tracks

    Worked Hand Switching which we directly throw switches to move trains around yards while working with the barn & train dispatcher to accomplish this

    Flagging which as a Conductor performing flagging, we control train traffic to ensure various personnel can work safely on the right of way & have worked with & been in change of large groups while working along side other groups Also in flagging there is something called Sheets & Equipment detail & as a Conductor in flagging performing Sheets & Equipment we ensure the equipment needed for flagging is maintained & accounted for,

    Also as a Conductor we perform Passenger Control Platform details which we ensure the safe movement of passengers on the platforms & leading to the platforms to assist the operating Conductor to safety & efficiently close their train doors as well as give detections or assistance to customers,

    Over my lengthy career with MTA NYCT, I’ve had to respond & handle nearly every kind of emergency situation including, fire, smoke, suspicious packages,12/9’s which is when a person is struck by a train, evacuations, given CPR saving a life, assisted NYPD in an armed person (gun) which saved two police officers lives & testified in court in this incident, delete with many other kinds of armed people, communicated in serval ways to atop trains from entering stations which prevented 12/9’s & assisted people up to the platform, helped find lost people including children & so much more over the decades as a Conductor

I use to volunteer as a firefighter ems in Ridge NY company three.


I use to teach religious services to teenagers with Saint Helens in Queens NY.
