TEACHING: , Captures students’ attention using differentiated assignments and learning methods, including hands-on projects, research-based assignments, and independent learning methods. ADMINISTRATION: Demonstrates strong event planning and organization skills by directing events and programs at the University of Iowa and the University of Georgia, including a fundraising golf tournament and two academic conferences. Served as Graduate Coordinator for the African American Studies Program at the University of Iowa and Program Coordinator of Sport Management at the University of Georgia. MENTORSHIP , DISSERTATIONS Chaired one dissertation committee and served as a member of another, guiding two doctoral students in completing the survey and theoretical theses. MASTER’S THESES Mentored graduate students conducting a survey-related thesis project by chairing the thesis committee.
