  • I started out in residential roofing sales and brought in over 1.5 million dollars in revenue from May 2018-May 2019.
  • In June 2019, I was promoted to Sales Manager and started the companies first training program for new sales hires. I developed the curriculum, hired all new sales reps, and ran the training program from start to finish.
  • In March 2020, I become the general manager of our Dallas location while simultaneously continuing my role as hiring and training manager. I oversaw the locations entire operations and managed over 70 sales reps, 7 office staff and 10 project managers.
  • The training program has become a tool that has contributed to the overall success of the company. Priority Roofing now ranks 21st in the nation for Roofing companies, has 18+ locations nationwide, and did over 100 million in revenue in 2023 and 2024.
  • In January 2023, I transitioned into a consulting position for the company where I come alongside the general managers and sales managers of the entire company and advise them in best practices to see their locations grow in a steady and healthy manner.

  • 2013 to 2015, I served as a missionary with Iris Global in Africa, India, and Cambodia.
