  • Manage upwards of 150 associates on any given shift in AFE and Stow removing safety, mechanical and personal barriers creating a culture to optimize productivity. Hire and develop the best by maintaining highest standards, associate engagements, motivating personnel, deep diving to identify/remove barriers and continuous training to promote opportunity. Deliver results with continuous WoW improvement in rates improving from 160 to 200 uph pack, while practicing frugality to maintain that bottom line.   • Managed AFE2 Box Suite change-over: organized 30 labor share associates (AA) from different departments to re-label 66 pack station, remove/palletize old boxes for reutilization, restock new boxes. Complete 3 hours ahead of schedule with 18 fewer AAs than planned; saved approximately $4500.00 in labor and had ZERO downtime for AFE operations.
  • Coordinate with four corners of stow and ICQA departments to identify means of creating pallet space on the pallet storage floor; identified cycle counting pallets that were ¼ full would create 25 open spaces per shift, identified 2 personnel per shift per corner, trained them and executed; led to 8% increase in storage space per shift thus increasing pickable volume.
  • Led Cognex scanner alignment on all four corners: coordinate RME, Safety, and AFE1 & 2 to improve ergonomics and reduce injury risk; additionally, expected to improve induct rates and volume by 1% - 3%
  • Monitor metrics to predict staffing needs, training requirements and continue to develop the best; AFE2 maintained optimal number of trained AAs in critical indirect paths enabling to bridge gaps in AFE1 while maintaining AFE2 operational requirements despite attrition.

  • Coordinate and lead the quarterly Emergency Management Working Group; unit readiness, status of projects, create action items installation partners ensuring all agencies are in unison.
  • Conduct program reviews for 54 units to ensure compliance with applicable guidance, identify discrepancies, provide corrective action and follow-up. Lead team to conduct all-hazards assessment;

  • Manage the staffing of 5 fire stations with 75 firefighter’s military and civilian of various skill levels. Tracked the in-service rate of fire apparatus tools and equipment essential to providing emergency coverage for airfield operations as well as fire and EMS cover area for base population.
  • Oversaw the inventory and maintenance of fire life safety equipment ensuring 100% OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 and NFPA standards were achieved: ladders, fire hoses, rescue tools, fire trucks, ropes, medical kits
  • Certified Mine Safety Appliance (MSA) repair technician responsible for maintenance, repair, testing of 75 Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA); 150 MSA Fire Hawk M7 Responder SCBA Mask and 300 MSA 60-minute air bottles. Supply five fire stations and 75 fire fighters with certified life safety equipment for operations.
  • Incident Commander assess the problem, develop action plan and coordinate responding agencies and resources to mitigate hazardous scene and unify efforts improving less than ideal circumstances; compile after actions reports, lessons learned and implement continuous process improvement
  • Fire Inspector create evaluate facility pre-fire plans; inspect/enforce Uniform Building Codes, train facility occupants on fire extinguisher use and proper facility markings/evacuation routes/accountability system; audit occupant training records, hot-work and confine space permits, documented lock-out/tag-out procedures; develop, train, execute and evaluate emergency evacuation drills.
