- In 1998 I started my career in collections as a collector collecting for Citibank. I was challenged with individual monthly personal goals that I always exceeded. Within a year I was promoted to a management position to ensure the Citibank client itself achieved it's monthly goal for the company. Also was challenged with approximately 10-15 collectors who reported to me, and to ensure their goals were met. Also keeping track of schedules and attendance.
- After a successful performance a Citibank's client manager, I was promoted to a Shift Manager position at Regional Adjustment Bureau in 2002. I was responsible for the company's first shift and all of it's employees. The number of employees I was responsible for grew to over 100 collectors while also ensuring they achieved their personal goals and managing attendance. Also added to my expanded responsibilities were other Fortune 500 lending institutions such as Fifth Third Bank, Household financial, Harley Davidson, First National Bank of Omaha, Drivetime Financial, among others. I was responsible for maintaining my monthly goal, the collector's assigned to me personal goals, and the client's monthly goals for the company.
- In 2007 I was promoted to Collection Manager for Regional Adjustment Bureau. This put me responsible for both shifts of employees at Regional Adjustment Bureau. The number of collector's managed throughout this time ranged from 200-300 collectors. Also added to my growing portfolio of clients during this time were Bank of America and Capital One Bank.
- I maintained this role until Regional Adjustment Bureau, unfortunately, closed in 2019.
