QUALIFICATION SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

  • Life and Safety / Environmental Director, Maintenance Director- full lead management for survey ready upkeep and maintenance of a 150 – bed nursing facility. Experienced in all areas of required testing and documentation in a survey ready environment.
  • Knowledge of rough construction of buildings including all finish carpentry duties.
  • Experienced carpenter in underlayment, trim, cabinetry, doors - garage (wood and steel), installation and completion of porch wraps and decks to code. Basic electrical, HVAC and plumbing experience. Maintenance and repair of equipment including home medical equipment, carts, walkers, Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, laundry and kitchen appliances.
  • General maintenance of boilers and air handlers in conjunction with all state, OSHA and federal regulations. NFPA 101 certified. Building repair and upkeep. New construction, building setup and floor construction. Floor care and maintenance. Project management.
