  • Increased morale within Records/Tele-type section which have 12 members by mentoring personnel and assisting with having job reallocation to Call Taker I/II.
  • Successfully, managed 70 employees, assigned to Domestic Violence Intervention Division, and maintained 5-Million-dollar budget that includes fringe benefits, while using minimal overtime and remaining fiscally responsible.
  • Completed multi-year retention schedule project. That saved monetary resources and allowed those resources to be reallocated.
  • Graduate of Leadership Prince Georges Class XXXI and currently sit on the planning board and participates with incoming class discussions and retreats.
