• Built RAG stack on AWS Bedrock that created real time insurance quotes over SMS.
• Built out the ECS reporting cluster to leverage custom Metabase Docker images.

• Managed a team of highly talented mobile, backend, and web engineers.
• Implemented a two-week sprint process to help bring more rigor and accountability to the team.
• Implemented daily stand-up where the team (including me) lists accomplishments for the prior day and what they expect to accomplish that day.
• Put my developer hat on and built out a load-balanced Docker solution that hosted a Python-based NLP API using spaCy NLP, and I also built out an internal real-time reporting solution that the entire company uses daily.

• Managing a team of ~12 mobile and web developers that built a next generation call center dispatch web apps and mobile apps.
• Taught myself AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation, S3, Step Functions, and Python to help contribute code to the team projects.

• Built a custom invoicing platform on an AWS serverless stack and Stripe that the paid service providers weekly. It was responsible for processing thousands of dollars per week in payments.
• Helped build new claims backend management portal.

• Work on Merrill Lynch consumer facing mobile apps used by over 100,000 users per month.
• Built new login system, password system, and charting modules.

• Hired to take over iOS and Android apps that were originally built offshore.
• Added many features to the apps, including Apple Pay, Facebook Login, In-App Messaging with media, VIN Scanner, etc.
• Became proficient in many new tools, including Git, GA, Localytics, Mixpanel, Stripe, Rollbar, and CircleCI.

• Worked on iOS Merill Lynch and Merrill Edge apps.
• Responsible for BillPay, Transfers, Messaging, and Alerts.
• Built reusable UI component library.

• Built iOS apps for Mazda, Infiniti, and Volvo.
• Worked with the sales team to create iOS demos with the latest technology, including GIS and Nuance SDK integration.
• Developed backend services in .NET to connect our mobile apps to existing databases, and connect partners such as Hyundai BlueLink, and Telematics, which allowed remote access vehicle features like remote start and unlock.

• Managed the customer invoicing system, reporting, and billing.
• Built Crystal Reports for the finance, billing, and customer service teams.
• Created custom Windows software in C# WinForms to automate most of the billing process, which took a 2-3 day process and turned it into a 4-hour process.
