As the Sr. Project Executive, Michael successfully monitors the F&F Team's roles in support of project controls. City of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport - New Barbara Jordan Phase - I Terminal Expansion Project, Austin, TX, Sr. Project Executive, Michael served as the Senior Project Executive overseeing F&F project and construction management team involved in the design build of duty-free concessions and retail establishment at ABIA New Barbara Jordan Phase-1Terminal Expansion project. The new terminal consists of 88,359 square feet of concourse space, 52,282 square feet of apron level space, baggage makeup conveyors, baggage systems, airline operations space, airport support space, 28,205 sq ft of mezzanine and platform level space, 5,770 sq ft of outdoor east terrace. Part of the new space included passenger lounge areas and over 25 restaurant and retail concessions. City of Houston - Office of Business Opportunity Pay or Play Administrative System Program B2G Now Overhaul, Houston, TX, Sr. Project Executive, Michael served as the Sr. Project Executive for the B2GNOW project to conceptualize the design and implementation of the new Pay or Play (POP) Tracking System for the City of Houston. He oversaw the F&F Team in providing document control management and participating in regular meetings through the inception and initiation phases of the "POP" program. The F&F Team was able to use their insight from the contractor's perspective to help guide the functionality of the software. Lighthouse Church of Houston -Dream Center Addition, Humble, TX, Sr. Project Executive, Michael served as the Sr. Project Executive for Fronza & Francis team members on this $20M, 39,000 sq ft design build high-tech facility located in Humble, Texas. The new facility is an expansion to the existing church, designed to house a middle and high school, dual gymnasium for recreational basketball tournaments, seminars, conferences and concerts. In this role, Michael served as the owner representative, overseeing the day-to-day management design, operation, production, and construction processes associated with the project.
