Safety is number one .I have been involved with safety comity since 2009 with just lineman and now on comity with entire staff.
Applied myself in all the extra classes other than on job training
My Leadership edge class has changed the way i proceed in interaction now. I don't just jump right into an argue meant I think about what is happening why its happening and figure out the right out come of this situation.
I have a lot of growing to do but i have got over the straight forward stuff.

I have experience with substations knowing controls and switching and back feeding stations.
I have been in charge of big jobs that were not normal day to day things i was organized and well instructed with others on how and why job were being done on all them jobs even jobs that all a sudden came up got everything done in a safe and orderly manner.
I have done scada prep work in substations
Replaced regulators,novas, vsa ,goab switches high side and lower buss switches.
Worked on both dead and energized lines.
Removed old poles and hardware and replaced with new equipment.
Installed, spliced and maintained overhead and underground power lines for residential and commercial customers.
