  • Francis High School & Cathedral High School, I signed up to go ahead to go to Downtown LA to a homeless shelter during the early hours of the morning
  • We were required to stay for about two hours but I went ahead and stayed longer
  • During this project, we served food to the homeless specifically eggs, oatmeal and pancakes
  • Being able to greet those in need with a smile, when they probably do not see that often, gave me joy because I felt as though it made them feel more like a person
