Hello I am Michael McClane Pogue, I grew up in working on a cattle ranch in South Texas. I have learned a great work ethic from this life of intense labor. This not only included farming and ranching, but framing, electrical, plumbing and other various jobs needed to maintain the ranch. Through high school I worked not only on the ranch but in kitchens cooking, serving developing excellent communication skills. Currently I am Employed by JLP builders and have been for the 5 years. I am a senior construction manager building primarily In the Hill country but also on private ranches and in the city, contributing to my growth and knowledge. I am looking to continue my growth managing muli-million dollar projects. Wether and actual physical project or if this transitions into digital management.
