  • Replace backup systems/batteries for T-Mobile cell towers (nation wide)
  • Remove old batteries and install with new batteries, ranging from 75lbs up to 135lbs
  • Install and program new Delta lithium batteries. Upload and run scripts for programming systems.
  • Take an off-charge voltage test of new batteries before installation and test the charge voltage of new batteries after installation
  • Other jobs performed are; re-wire new and old cabinets and install new cabinets for more battery capacity
  • Install breakers and build cable/wiring, load test for faulty batteries
  • Replace rectifiers, set temperature thermals, upgrade rectifiers, change system settings (float charge, runaway temp and max load capability)
  • Install LOCP (Loss of Commercial Power) and Generator alarm boxes and test for alarms to work
  • Work with both DC and AC electricity
  • Trouble shoot if batteries are not charging
  • Battery containment spills and clean-up
  • Remove old cabinets and anchor new cabinets and racks
  • Upgraded and installed new batteries (715 lbs) for Lumos project in Virginia
  • Perform audits and compile information for parts; conduit, cable, lugs, breakers, LVDs (Low Voltage Disconnect.), connectors, fittings etc… (worked in Delta Cabinets, Delta Racks, Ericsson Cabinets, Purcell Cabinets, Telect Cabinets, etc…) Log into Riot/TMOBILE applications and use their system to provide updated and make corrections for Power Audits of sites and Power Maintenance of sites and document all make and model of cabinets on site, make and model of rectifiers, breakers etc…
