  • Took my station DFM5 from number 93 out of 101 delivery stations to number 7 in 3 months of me being Site Leader. This ranking is an overall average of various metrics in Safety, Quality, and Cost.
  • Improved my stations overall PPH by 62.1% during 2023. When I took over the station we were averaging a weekly PPH of 37 and within 4 months time were able to consistently hit 60+ PPH every week. During this time, the network benchmark was 58.8 PPH for all delivery stations.
  • Worked with Directors and Regional Directors to turn DFM5 into an "Academy" station in the Gulf Coast that is leveraged for leadership onboarding from levels L4 - L7. During my time as Site Leader we successfully onboarded 44 leaders at DFM5, ranging from L4 - L7 across various delivery stations in North America.
  • Promoted a total of 13 leaders during my time as site leader. These promotions ranged from L4 - L7.
  • DFM5 was leveraged for 5 pilot programs that were all successful and later implemented at 8 additional stations in my region. The success of one of our pilots called "project watchtower" was highlighted at the VP level for its cost savings and shrink reduction.
