• Oversee 4-6 crew members working side by side, coaching and training on proper methods and leading by example to ensure timely completion of landscape/hardscape projects.
• Meeting and working with clients to prepare estimates for work requests.
• Constant bending, crouching, kneeling and standing for duration of 10-12 hour shifts, heavy lifting (100 lbs +) and working in awkward positions, on ladders and lifts and on the ground.
• Working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• No day is ever the same, must be prepared to handle any and all situations as the arise and trouble shoot as needed to complete project to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Duties to include proactive communication with borrowers, loan originators, underwriters, attorneys, title companies, realtors and other vendors to ensure delivery of time sensitive material.
• General duties: Automated Underwriting, loan number assignment, Issuing of FHA Case Number and VA LIN Number, loan documentation collection, third party verifications, rate locks, loan disclosures and file maintenance, title and appraisal ordering, MI Certification Submission.
• Daily communication with management and sales team to meet production goals for current, week, month and quarterly expectations.
