At RC WILLEY my job was to clear new inventory onto shelves. As well as fulfilling customers orders as they came in. As well as pulling inventory off of shelves and putting them in shipping bays to be prepped.
We dealt with heavy furniture/appliances such as power sofas, kitchen dining sets, power bases for mattress’s, mattress sets, washer, dryer etc. Then loaded them with a narrow isle stock picker. (Certification required).
With RC WILLEY I was known for my hard work ethic and ability to do the job efficiently, safely, and correctly. Had to leave due to moving to Arizona.
Prepped and painted custom homes for my father. This required a lot of attention to detail and a good work ethic to get the job done correctly.
This job entailed filling and sealing all interior trim work and exterior trim work, with caulking/spackle. Sanding all interior walls/trim/closets to ensure good adhesion for latex paint, as well as make for smooth easy to clean surfaces. Always keep the job site tidy. (Always better than when we got there)
We got rewarded best interior/exterior finish in the treasure valley. Our work always spoke for itself. This job made me the worker I am today. Gave me an appreciation for putting out top quality work for the customer.
The last two years we stepped into doing remodels as well (framing/plumbing/electrical/flooring/drywall/tile work). I would still be employed here but COVID put a dent in the company we couldn’t recover from.
