  • Three + years experience working and supervising in a DoD/USAF Visitor Control Center, issuing short term passes and long-term badges utilizing Defense Biometrics Identification System (DBIDS). Seymour Johnson AFB January 2012-Sep 2015.
  • Manned Pass and ID at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar(Nov 2015-Aug 2016), issued and accounted for AF Form 1199 Restricted Area Badges (RAB).
  • Provided exceptional customer service to visitors; answering questions about facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Coordinated with base agencies and host country regarding Other Country Nation (OCN) badges and Entry Authorization List (EAL).
  • Used suspension, revocation, and debarment rosters and listings controlling entry and exit to the installation.
