- Serve in special operations capacity as Public Safety Diver. Trained to operate in no visibility environments and Ice for rescue and recovery. Certified as Level II Rope Technician, Swift Water Technician, Power Boat Operations as member of Upper Scioto Water Rescue Task Force. This Type I EMAC Team responds to swift water rescues, floods, and hurricanes regionally and nationally.
