I have over twenty five years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry, which has provided me with extensive knowledge/understanding of the necessities for sustaining a successful business. I am hard-working and detail-oriented, with an excellent problem-solving skill base. I have experience working with Outlook, Microsoft Team, and Building-Link. I work well in a team setting and have no problem taking orders from superiors. However, I am also independently responsible and capable of managing groups of people in a respectful yet productive manner. I grew up on the Texas Gulf Coast, one of seven children in a close-knit blended family. I moved to the Austin area 19 years ago. As much as I loved the Austin area I decided to move back to the coast to be closer to family and pursue a slower pace in life.
