I can complete a full indoor install per check from beginning to end

I can complete an E per check from beginning to end

I can complete a whole out door containment thing for the outdoor I’m not as confident in will be listed in another section

I know how to do everything that need done for cart installations

I’m very professional on every job site

I know how to lead and get the job done correctly

I know how to operate the outdoor saws and vacuum

I have learned how to work/deal with person or persons that I don’t have the best relationships with because at the end of the day I’m here to move up and master my position in this company

I understand and know how to work all apps dealing with the job

Understand all of gatekeeper and Permier 1 expectation

I am more then ready for the responsibilities of this job and willing to learn more and more to be the best at it

Things that I need to work on

I need to learn how to operate and control partner saw

I could be more confident in marking out outdoor containments

I could learn how to weld but my being legally blind might a struggle but I’m willing to learn if we can figure out a way to keep my glasses on

I can get better with my over all timing on my installs. sometimes I over think obstacles that occurs during installs that have slowed me down. I’ve have learned from Chris to not do that move on to something else in furtherance of completing the job and go back and it always works out after that.

I am ready for the responsibilities of helping move this company forward.
