sharpened tooling, cut knife steel and made new profiles from templates, worked from schedule according to what was due first then set up profiles in tooling, worked off of cad drawings to set up new profiles

sharpened profile cutterheads, patchers knives planer blades, carbide inserts, made patchers knives, repaired brad nailers, rebuilt glue valves, minor maintenance repairs, assisted junior set up guys assisted others when issues with equipment such as door sanders, prefit saws, sdl bar notchers, beadcutters and other areas of the door plant. I also was required to fill in positons of junior set up guys when they were absent. I ordered supplies and cutterheads etc. for the grinding room and other areas related to production in machining.

Ran packaging equipment for packaging 12 ounce cans and various bottle sizes. Drove forklift as lid supplier for beer can line fillers. Ran carton machines for packing beer. Cleaned brewery with steam hoses for cleaning of machines and concrete floors

Used air powered grinders to finish freshly machined aerospace parts. Occasionally would have to grind areas of airplane parts that machinists could not get machined to tolerance. Drove forklift to expedite airplane parts to other areas of the plant. Would read blueprints and paperwork to determine instructions on certain required finishes and tolerances.
