A demanding role requiring strong knowledge of EBTH systems, a high level of adaptability, and thorough communication. Primary responsibility of working the Solutions Salesforce ticketing queue as a means of handling requests from consignors, bidders, and internal employees. Tasks include item updates, buyer/seller credits, authentication, returns, repairs, and more.
My main responsibility in this role was to document inventory via our consignment inventory spreadsheet. This included tracking item counts and locations for each contract that entered the warehouse. Along with this, I was also responsible for directing furniture catalogers and material handlers so that items under contract were able to be processed in an appropriate timeframe, and that all items were sent to the correct areas in the warehouse.
