
I have been working in the Customer Service industry for the past several years. I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who enjoys assisting others and improving their lives. I have worked for National General since September 2021, I started in the FNOL Dept. I was responsible for entering new losses into Epic, as well as assisting callers who have already reported a claim, by directing them to their adjuster and by helping them contact their adjuster. I was promoted from FNOL NG-Assoc II to FNOL NG-Assoc III in October of 2023. In addition to my daily duties, with my promotion, I was also responsible for assisting newer employees, by answering their questions in MS Teams Channels, as well as assisting NLE by entering new losses into Epic. I have been entrusted with running a mini team by mentoring them and sharing best practices and policy changes, I also mentored my teammates and assisted them with call flow and helping them to assist our callers better. I am currently in the Loss Draft Services Dept. I am responsible for initiating new loss claim information into the TGLD system for our borrowers, as well as providing information on existing claim files. I provide clear and concise directions for claim progression, so that our borrowers are able to get their funds in a timely manner. My supervisor has asked me if I wanted to become a "designated chat assister" to help answer questions that my teammates might have, this would assist the Team Leads, when they are busy with other duties. I was also asked to assist with training new employees to the Loss Draft Services Dept.
