
Completes comprehensive assessments of patients on admissions and provide education for discharges.
Serves as Charge Nurse role and also providing hands-on care to patients at bedside, administering
medications, managing intravenous lines, observing, and monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining
accurate medical records and communicating with doctors.
Write and manage care plans for patients. Modifying patient treatment plans as indicated by patients'
responses and conditions.
Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate
patient care plans. Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's
condition.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition.
Delegates and supervises all other members of the health care team: LPNs, Nursing Assistants and
Patient Care Technicians etc.
Identifies patients and family needs and coordinating care with families and health care professionals to
ensure that needs of patients are met.
Works collaboratively with case managers and other interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
for patients from other services.
Advocates and educates patients and families to on policies, service and equipments.
Recognizes complex situations that impact patient care and intervenes by using sound
judgment, professional attitude, and appropriate channels to enhance positive outcomes for
patients.
Actively listens to customer feedback, positive and negative, and acts to resolve issues within
time observed.
