I am a Customer Service Associate (CSA), at Walgreens Pharmacy. My role is to assist the customers throughout their visit to make their experience and purchase as smooth as possible. My duties include: helping customers complete transactions using the POS system, problem solving, locating items for customers, assisting customers in finding the product that will work best for them.

As a Seasonal Company Representative (SCR), I followed up with customers over the phone about homes they would be interested in. I set up customers with a credit specialist if it was a service that they needed. As a SCR I would refer homes to customers that were related to the needs of the customer.
