  • PROJECT DESIGN MANUAL: INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN CRITERIAL TECHNICAL GUIDANCE: This provides design guidelines to be used by engineers responsible for design of underground water and sewer infrastructure projects.


  • DRAFTING STANDARD CAD MANUAL (VOL 4): This is a document to ensure that all computer based designs adhere to the DC Water Standards for file naming, layering, drawing presentation and format.

Additional Information

  • During my time as a coordinator of the CSO program, specifically with the NEB Swirl facility, I provided data pertaining to storm overflow events to the Anacostia River, collected overflow samples for chlorine residual, and sent effluent samples of collected storm water to the lab at Blue Plains for analysis.


  • I designed a conversion table for technician responding to the storm events at the NEB Swirl Facility, which help them to ascertain the volume of chemicals used in treating the wastewater passing through the NEB Swirl Facility into Anacostia River.


  • As a result of certification from CUES of Florida, I acquired knowledge of CCTV Inspection of sewer mains and lateral. Therefore, I am knowledgeable in reviewing CCTV of sewers to help assess their quality and integrity.
