  • Provide documentation to shop floor to aid in the production of Missile hardware, provide back up to PDRR manager when away from site, Lead M.E. over the PDRR area providing guidance on the shop floor, Mentor lower labor grade employees, SME on SAP functionality. Trouble shoot manufacturing issues on the production floor and drive closure of those issues. Technical lead over the Assembly of Electronic Test Equipment, provide detailed work instructions for assembly process, Process DRS (Discrepancy reporting System) and Qnote (Quality Notifications) Work with Supervisors to resolve issue on the floor to prevent work stoppage. Participate in cost meetings to determine bid process against budgets. Develop self in preparation for a successful transition to manager by developing leadership skills.
