Objective

Always happy with where I am but always eager to grow. I cherish every day in this industry, to share connections with people who dedicate their lives to caring, to build memories with the ones who may not have anyone willing to remember this stage in life, to help provide dignity, purpose, and passion in every day life, and of course to learn and absorb everything from all the leaders, the caregivers, residents, and families who help create this shared culture. I take opportunities as they come but I don't constantly dwell on where I need to be. In the past I have focused so much on the destination that I missed so much beauty in the journey. I would love to grow in a roll such as this, I believe my gifts are human connection, patience, and compassion. I believe I have the ability to build people up and help them not only understand but take pride in what it means to be a caregiver, to get the privilege to care for people and help fulfill this stage of their life. To highlight who they were and still connect them with who they are now. No matter the position, having the capacity to care and love for a stranger in a time where they need it most is the ultimate gift and privilege.
