  • Manage, facilitate, and handle contracts with vendors for all supplies and services.
  • Involved in the CER 2.1 Planning and Review for Facility and CER Layout meetings. Participated in and participating in Health and Safety, and Coordination meetings.
  • Attend and participate in meetings regarding Planning, Project Management, Reporting, Design, and Construction.
  • Rotating on-call to ensure the plant runs and stays in operation seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
  • Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of the Department P-Card and budget allotment, pertaining to critical spare parts, plant improvement, operating supplies, and materials.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Practice GMP.
  • Keep RAM updated, and complete all PMs on time. Review all PMs for completion daily. Monitoring, temperature, humidity, and DP. Make adjustments as needed. Daily operations in Metasys, and review of the MVE System. Equipment maintained: (4) 500-ton York chillers, (4) hot water boilers, ultra-pure water system. Generator and ATS checks are completed every 2 weeks to ensure operational status and proper functioning.
  • Work orders were evaluated, assigned, and handed out to the five managed Facilities Engineers in the department to ensure the efficient operation of the functions needed.
