My duties for Carolina Elite Movers include driving box trucks and running crews for Jason Pulsifer, the owner.

• While on job sites not only do I run crew but I wrap furniture, load the trucks and manage relations with the customers.
• I run trucks locally and long distance.
• During my employment at CEM I took a few months off to obtain my class A CDL.

• I Helped Jay Stamos start Positive Moves, he has since passed away, Shannon Stamos is current owner.
• When I met Jay he had a 2002 GMC Denali pulling a 16ft motor cycle trailer, when I left he had two 28ft moving trucks and an office/warehouse.
• Positive Moves now has 4.8 out of 5 stars with over 150 reviews on google, easily grossing one million dollars a year annually.

• Load, pack and unpack items.
• Disassemble and assemble furniture and other items for residential and commercial customers.
• Provide safe, on-time and dependable transportation with safe driving record.
• Assist customers during the moves with excellent customer service.

• I was one of John Day's first employees at Day Cooling after he left Fogel Heating and Air to start his own company.
• I handled installs on condensers and air handlers after the rough in crews completed there part of the new construction process.

• Responsible for safety and orderly conduct of inmates.
• Running day to day operations in my designated pod for 10 shifts.
• On my watch, under my supervision there was never one fight, dispute, or injury. You treat people how you would like to be treated while following the rules and maintaining order, inmates are human beings too at the end of the day.

• Worked in a focused, timeline driven, team environment to efficiently process and expedite orders as part of supply chain management to domestic and international locations.

• Prepared and packed orders to be shipped to the customer.
• Quickly advanced to sublimation design which entailed using heat press to print designs on many different articles of clothing and merchandise.
• Learned about day to day warehouse operations as well as how to use new computer programs.

• Learned about the value of financial protection through the use of life insurance, long term care, asset preservers, etc.
• In a short amount of time sold and wrote several policies with a combined death benefit of almost 2 million dollars and developed great relationships with clients and prospective clients.

• Worked part time position while attending college providing guest services at this luxury hotel including valet parking, bellman assistance, concierge assistance and other customer service roles as assigned.
• This position allowed me to further develop and enhance my customer service skills.
