Rhinebeck,NY

Summary

I am a motivated professional talented leader and driven problem solver. I have worked at Vassar College for over 25 years experience with understanding of day to day operations. I am highly observant and diligent with high integrity, strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities within a Union setting. Trained in conflict de-escalation techniques. I respect the opinions of others. Rather than simply making decisions myself, I elicited feedback from different people within Vassar College and collaborated to come to an agreement. It is important to me that I listen and learn from people who have insight, training, and experiences that differ from my own. When I come to work I always have a positive attitude with a can-do approach for all my tasks and responsibilities. This will motivate my team around me to do their best and help to move projects forward when setbacks occur or challenges are faced.
