As a mechanical designer I am responsible for the detailing of many piping projects in the Philadelphia area. My work includes:

• Creating standards for final product
• Review of contract documents
• Lead Coordinator for BIM projects
• Review of Specifications and submittals
• Detail systems fabrication including piping, equipment, and hangers via REVIT
• Provide Shop Drawings for Installation
• Review P&IDs
• Incorporate Specs and Contract Drawings and Constructability into final a product.
• Work with Engineers, Project Managers, and the field to produce clear, accurate, and an install ready product.

Projects I have worked on Include:

• Schuylkill Yards West Tower
• Montgomery County Justice Center
• Lead HVAC Detailer for CHOP New Patient Tower

As a Journey Plumber/Pipefitter I have worked on the following projects in the piping industry:

Falasca Mechanical (3 Months):

• Renovations and maintenance at Cooper Hospital.
• HVAC/VRF systems in both schools and commercial buildings
• Sanitary and Domestic Water installations and renovations (commercial)

Day & Zimmerman (2 Months)

• Outage at Salem Nuclear Plant
• Valve technician (Certified)
• Pipefitter for service water.

During my time as an apprentice for Local 322 Plumbers and Pipefitters I worked numerous piping systems. This work included the following:

Falasca Mechanical (5 Years):

• HVAC Systems such as VRF Systems and Mechanical Rooms
• Waste and Vent Piping ranging from underground to finish work
• Review of Contract and Shop drawings
• Domestic water lines; heating and chilled water; steam, and gas lines.
• Previous jobs I have worked on as an apprentice include Stockton University Atlantic City Campus, PSEG Sub Stations, Cooper Hospital, multiple schools in southern NJ, and Fabrication Shops.

As the Revit Instructor (previously the AutoCAD Instructor) I teach my students to use the following tools:

• Drawing pipe
• Reviewing Documents
• Introduction to scans and Navisworks

As the Intro to Computers Instructor I teach a course revolving around basic to intermediate computer skills that includes:

• Microsoft Work; Excel; PowerPoint
• Utilizing Microsoft Outlook as an email provider
