Summary

Seasoned leader is eager to secure a meaningful position. Strong background in guiding teams, managing complex projects, and achieving strategic objectives. Organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and strong organizational skills. Proactive and goal-oriented professional with excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Consulting provided him the opportunity to take responsibility for huge challenges in healthcare, technology, retail and construction. As a result of successful projects most of consulting work was derived from repeat clients and referrals. As a “quick study” he is able to apply his technical skills, business acumen, discipline and creativity to any project. His project teams were successful because he led the team by example while concurrently mentoring them. Managed teams of 10-240 FTE's and from time to time resolved sensitive H/R situations without collateral damage or litigation. As an entrepreneur also owned several successful small businesses. Until the pandemic forced closure of both my businesses, I never had to look for work or have a gap in employment.
