Optimized IT infrastructure by streamlining processes and implementing cutting-edge technologies. Collaborated with cross-functional intra-company teams to provide mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Interim Director, Sutter Health, San Francisco, CA, Led regional initiatives for this $1.8B region of an $8B healthcare network. Established a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and implemented MS Project across the entire region (~165 IT professionals in 5 locations).
• IT Consultant/Interim CIO, Bartlett Regional Hospital, Juneau, AK, Performed an IT assessment and of Cerner & Meditec provided and an IT Strategic Framework for purchase of Cerner's Community Works resulting in an estimated $3 M in saving and penalties.
• Director MIS, University of Washington Hospitals, Seattle, WA, Hired as Assistant Director to lead development of a long range plan, implement IT governance and to salvage troubled projects.
