Answering phone/in person parts look up and sales to wholesale and retail customers. Quote parts to the service advisors, and supplied parts to the technicians (Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, Hyundai, and the used car department). Completed the sublet and invoices for the service department/office for our branches, and maintained an accurate parts inventory throughout each year.

I checked in walk ins/ appointments (averaging 300 customers per month). Wrote repair orders, sold services, dispatched, tracked and checked out customers. Responsibilities as needed were service porting, answering calls to schedule appointments, and doing quick repairs myself.

I delivered parts to other dealerships and shops, ranging from Enumclaw to Seattle. I stocked shelves, pulled parts lists and organized the warranty/core return rooms. Also I filled in as needed with answering lines, and ordering parts.
